Coaching Well Business School
A Soulful Approach to Creating and Serving Clients

with Aila Coats

What students are saying about Coaching Well Business School

“This is the only highly-paid profession I know of where ongoing spiritual and psychological growth are a job requirement if you want to really succeed. And it’s exactly why I love the profession so much.” -Steve Chandler

A message from Aila about the school…

“I love supporting coaches in not only learning the nuts and bolts of building a thriving coaching practice (which is SO fun), but also creating a place where they can and will deepen in their own spiritual insights and understanding. For myself, it’s only through the insights I’ve had, because of my practice of immersing myself in programs that enrich and enliven my heart and soul, that I am as successful and happy as I am.

Soul work is vital to my life and my business.

I know that I don’t coach nearly as well when I’m not coming from a place of peace and higher consciousness within myself.  Or as Steve Chandler says, when I’m not coming from a place, high up on the ladder of consciousness. I also know that I don’t have access to as much creativity and service consciousness to infuse my practice with when I’m not tending to my own spiritual evolution. In this program, I am bringing all the elements together that I believe create not only thriving coaching practices but truly happy, healthy, balanced human beings.

The master coaches that are contributing to the program are my mentors (and many are my friends) and people I’ve learned so much from over the years. It’s truly such a gift to have them all here in one place. They contribute literally hundreds of years of experience and expertise not only in building thriving, successful coaching practices, but in exploring the spiritual and psychological nature of who we are as divine beings.

I could not be more grateful for each of the people contributing to this program and I cannot wait to get started!”
